Provide Professional Engineering and Architectural Services Related to

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional engineering and architectural services related to the design and construction of Jefferson Parish Community Action Program’s Head Start Centers on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes architectural and engineering design work, complete roof replacement, HVAC system upgrades, and improvements for Head Start Centers. The selected firm must ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • The firm must have at least one principal who is a licensed, registered professional engineer or architect in the State of Louisiana. • The firm must have a professional in charge of the project who is a licensed, registered professional engineer or architect in the State of Louisiana with a minimum of five years’ experience. • The firm must have one employee who is a licensed, registered professional engineer or architect in the State of Louisiana in the applicable discipline involved. • The firm will be evaluated based on professional training and experience, size of firm, capacity for timely completion, past performance, location of the principal office, and other factors.
