Description
Chatham County is seeking qualified electrical contractors to serve as an on‑call provider for its Parks & Recreation facilities. The contract is a one‑year base term (with up to four one‑year renewal options) and is capped at $100,000 per year. Work orders will be for projects under $25,000, ranging from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, with response times of 1 hour for the stadium and 1.5 hours for other sites. Contractors must supply labor, parts, and equipment, maintain required licenses and insurance, and may be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays. The County will award the contract to the most advantageous proposal based on experience, methodology, MBE/WBE participation, pricing, and references.
