The United States Air Force is establishing multiple‑award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide commercial gym‑membership services to U.S. government personnel stationed throughout Australia. Vendors may quote for any combination of locations and membership models, including the preferred transferable slot and standard non‑transferable memberships, and must submit a signed price‑list (Attachment 02) by the deadline. The BPA will be valid for up to five years, with a $2.5 M USD administrative ceiling and a $17.5 M PSC size‑standard ceiling, and subsequent call orders will be placed on a fair‑and‑reasonable price basis. • Scope: Provide gym‑membership access (transferable and non‑transferable) at listed Australian locations (Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, Melbourne, Cairns, Adelaide). • Pricing: Submit firm‑fixed‑price rates in AUD (exclusive of GST) for month‑to‑month, 3‑month, and 12‑month terms; price list valid minimum 1 year. • Evaluation: Pass/fail compliance then price fairness; all compliant offers that meet price reasonableness will receive a BPA (no ranking).
