Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

Based on typical costs for a 100‑gallon surge tank, air‑compressor, associated piping, and electrical upgrades, the total contract value is likely in the low‑to‑mid six‑figure range. Small municipal water‑infrastructure replacements of this scope generally run between $50,000 and $150,000, depending on material choices, site conditions, and labor rates.
