Sewer Diversion Structure Rehabilitation (CSP 1175)

The City of Boise is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate two sewer diversion structures (Amity and Yamhill) in the Boise Service Area. Work includes replacing slide‑gate assemblies, installing a high‑capacity temporary bypass pumping system, concrete lining/coating, traffic control, site restoration, and landscaping. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and will be executed as a fixed‑price, sealed‑bid agreement. • Replace existing slide gates with stainless‑steel 304L/316 assemblies and install new gate hardware. • Design, supply, install, and test a temporary bypass pump capable of ≥ 3,420 gpm with associated HDPE piping and controls. • Perform concrete repair, coating/lining, back‑fill, and full site restoration including traffic‑control measures and landscaping. • Provide required bonds (5 % bid security, performance, payment, and warranty bonds) and comply with Idaho public‑works licensing, labor‑hire, and environmental regulations.
