E.W. Howell Co., LLC is actively seeking bids from New York State MWBE/SDVOB certified firms. This project is Union-PLA (Project Labor Agreement) and Tax Exempt. Project consists of the rehabilitation of Westchester County Airport World War II Era Building 1 with the objective to repair all spaces within the building without expansion.
Work includes, but is not limited to: Abatement, Demolition, Earthwork, Asphalt, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Misc. Metals, Architectural Woodwork, Waterproofing, Roofing, HM Doors/Frames/Hardware, Storefront/Curtainwall, Carpentry, Tile, Resilient, Painting & Wallcovering, Toilet Accessories, Entrance Mats, Metal Lockers, Appliances, Window Treatment , Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Lighting, and Low Voltage.
