Budget estimate

$20,000,000 – $40,000,000

The bid deposit of 5% equals roughly $1.5 million, implying a total bid (and likely contract value) near $30 million. Considering typical bridge rehabilitation projects of this scale in the NYS region, the award could range from $20 million to $40 million depending on final scope, change orders, and subcontractor involvement. Factors influencing the final budget include the extent of structural repairs, material costs, labor rates, and any required environmental mitigation.
