IAG Service Corporation seeks a qualified accounting/audit firm to perform a one‑time audit of its FY 2025 financial statements (and those of the E‑ZPass Interagency Group) and to provide ongoing technical assistance on GAS B compliance. The audit must be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Treasurer’s Report, with a comprehensive financial report delivered at that deadline. The vendor will also guide IAGSC on new GAS B statements throughout the year and respond to periodic audit‑status inquiries. • Full audit of 2025 financial statements for IAGSC and the E‑ZPass Interagency Group, conforming to GAS B and GAAP. • Review of revenues, expenditures, internal controls, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, investments, and fraud activity. • Ongoing technical assistance on GAS B standards and accounting procedures for the remainder of the calendar year. • Deliver a comprehensive audit report within 120 days of the Treasurer’s Report and maintain regular communication with IAGSC representatives.
