HVAC-Miscellaneous Repair Parts and Labor

The Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for HVAC-Miscellaneous Repair Parts and Supplies. The proposal applies to but is not limited to, the following categories: HVAC Miscellaneous Repair Parts and Supplies. Awards will be made to multiple vendors incrementally during the solicitation offering period. The contract term shall be for four years beginning September 1, 2023, and ending August 31, 2027. • The district utilizes an electronic bidding system: Alief e-Procurement (Alief e-Pro). • Vendors who register and/or submit bids receive benefits such as notice of bid proposals, potential quotes and fundraising opportunities, and potential contract awards. • Resources are available at https://www.aliefisd.net/purchasing, including available proposals and RFQs, bid tabulations, vendor registration links, and staff contacts.
