HVAC-Miscellaneous Repair Parts and Supplies

Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for HVAC-Miscellaneous Repair Parts and Supplies. The contract term shall be for four years beginning September 1, 2023, and ending August 31, 2027. The district encourages the acquisition of recycled materials to the maximum extent practicable and gives preference in purchasing to products made of recycled materials if the products meet applicable specifications as to quantity and quality. • The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors incrementally during the solicitation offering period. • Vendors may cancel during the contract term by notifying the Buyer of record. • Responses should be submitted electronically, and award notices will be sent electronically. • The district reserves the right to waive all formalities, be the sole judge of quality and suitability, and reject any or all proposals. • The contract is enforceable from the time of acceptance without regard to the time of notification to the vendor of acceptance. • Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis through price comparisons made from awarded vendors.
