The City of Davenport is seeking a photographer to provide professional photography services for its parks and recreation programs, including youth sports, performing arts, and special events. The selected photographer will be required to work with city staff to schedule photography sessions, provide printed order forms and electronic copies of package options, collect payments, deliver photographs, and maintain communication with participants and their families. The contract term will be one year, with the option for the city to extend for up to three additional years. The photographer will be required to pay a flat-rate percentage of gross sales to the city and provide proof of insurance. • The photographer will be responsible for photographing up to 1,400 youth participants across multiple program areas. • The photographer will be required to provide a basic package and at least three additional photo package options. • The photographer will be required to include the City of Davenport logo on all photographs. • The photographer will be required to maintain professional conduct and appropriate behavior during all interactions with youth, parents, and staff.
