GIMC - Notice of Intent to Single-Source Industrial Water Engineering, Inc.

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Industrial Water Engineering, Inc. to provide water chemicals for boilers and water-cooling towers on an as-needed basis. The period of performance will consist of a base year, plus four one-year option periods. The award will be a single-source procurement awarded to Industrial Water Engineering, Inc. • The base year will be from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027. • Option Year One will be from 05/01/2027 to 04/30/2028. • Option Year Two will be from 05/01/2028 to 04/30/2029. • Option Year Three will be from 05/01/2029 to 04/30/2030. • The procurement is in accordance with RFO-FAR 6.103-1, which allows for single-source procurement if only one responsible source is available. • Potential sources other than Industrial Water Engineering, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Stephen Silversmith, Contract Specialist, by 10:00 AM MT on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
