The State of Vermont is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive linen‑and‑towel rental and cleaning service for its facilities. The contractor must maintain a rotating inventory, deliver clean items weekly, replace damaged goods at no cost, and also offer ad‑hoc cleaning for BDU uniforms and blankets owned by the Vermont Criminal Justice Training Council. The contract will be a 24‑month initial term with up to three one‑year renewal options, and all pricing must be submitted as flat‑rate weekly fees with no additional delivery or environmental charges. • Provide weekly delivery of new/clean linens and towels (no wet items) and maintain a three‑times‑usage circulating inventory. • Supply startup inventory of 15 full‑size sheet sets and 80 twin‑size sets, all shrink‑wrapped. • Perform cleaning‑only services for BDU pants, shirts, and blankets on an ad‑hoc basis. • Submit a single searchable PDF (≤ 40 MB) with completed price schedule, technical response, and signed Certificate of Compliance by the deadline.
