Johnson County Wastewater is seeking a qualified construction management‑at‑risk (CMAR) firm to lead the Digester & Solids Improvements Project at the Douglas L. Smith Middle Basin Wastewater Treatment Facility in Overland Park, KS. The scope includes comprehensive rehabilitation of existing digesters, conversion of a secondary digester to primary, construction of a new Digested Sludge Storage Tank, installation of a new dewatering building and associated equipment, and related civil/structural upgrades.
