Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $10,000,000

Based on typical CMAR contracts for municipal wastewater treatment plant upgrades, project values often range from a few million dollars to double‑digit millions, depending on the extent of the improvements, equipment procurement, and site conditions. Assuming a mid‑size upgrade, a reasonable estimate for the total contract value (and thus the contractor’s revenue) would be between $2 million and $10 million. Factors influencing the range include the scope of mechanical/electrical upgrades, civil works, permitting costs, and the guaranteed maximum price set by the City.
