On Call Professional Engineering, Architectural and Related Services

The City of Farmington is seeking professional services from engineering, architectural, or related professional service firms to complete various projects on an as-needed basis. The selected firms will provide services such as engineering, architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and other related services. The firms will be required to follow the City's Technical Specifications, NMDOT Specifications, APWA, State adopted codes/amendments, and other specifications that may delegate specialty projects with City project lead approval. The scope of work may include site visits, meetings with end users, identification of efficiencies/deficiencies, and recommendations for cost-effective renovation/rehab opportunities. The firms will also be required to coordinate project development with related City departments and complete all design phases required for the specific job awarded. • The City has known and unknown future projects that may require professional services. • A list of known upcoming projects in the City's capital outlay will be listed in a 30-year plan that is currently in the process of being finalized. • The firms will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to provide the required services. • The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts to multiple firms. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods.
