Amendment 2: A Concession Business Opportunity to provide Lodging, Campgrounds, Food & Beverage, Retail, Marina, and Other Services within Grand Teton National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) is soliciting proposals for a concession contract to provide various services within Grand Teton National Park. The contract will include lodging, campgrounds, food and beverage, retail, marina, and other services. The effective date of the next Concession Contract is expected to be January 1, 2027. • The concession contract will be for a term of 10 years, with an option to extend for an additional 5 years. • The contract will require the concessioner to provide a wide range of services, including lodging, campgrounds, food and beverage, retail, marina, and other services. • The concessioner will be responsible for maintaining and improving the facilities and infrastructure within the park. • The NPS will provide guidance and oversight to ensure that the concessioner is meeting the terms and conditions of the contract. • The concessioner will be required to submit a proposal that includes a business plan, financial projections, and other information as specified in the prospectus.
