Licensed Real Estate Brokers for City of Tucson Residential Home Sales

The City of Tucson Housing and Community Development Department seeks proposals from Licensed Real Estate Brokers with community development experience to market, manage, and resale city-owned Public Housing single-family residential homes. The selected firms will be expected to perform one or more services, including routine and emergency maintenance, lawn care and debris removal, winterization and de-winterization, inspections, code compliance and violation correction, minor and major repairs, securing properties, and hazard mitigation. The Contractor will also be responsible for developing a complete understanding of the program requirements and coordinating the resale of the home with the contracted agency, City of Tucson staff, title company, lender, buyer, and buyer's agent. • The Contractor must have a Licensed Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Arizona and ten years of experience selling residential real estate in Arizona. • The Contractor must have knowledge and experience working with federal homebuyer assistance programs and buyer down payment assistance programs. • The Contractor must provide a resume describing their organization and background, including qualifications. • The Contractor must provide a summary of their knowledge and experience as it relates to carrying out the scope of work.
