Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Arthrex Lease NHCP

The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole‑source equipment placement agreement to Arthrex, Inc. for a suite of surgical devices (AR‑6480, AR‑8305, AR‑9800‑F, AR‑9800, AR‑8310, AR‑8332H) to be placed in the Main Operating Room of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA. Arthrex will retain ownership of the equipment and provide full lifecycle support—including delivery, installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, software updates, and coordination of safety inspections—through a base period of one year with up to four optional extension years.
