This Notice of Intent announces a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price lease of a full suite of Olympus gastrointestinal endoscopy equipment for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in Little Rock, AR. The lease includes all hardware, embedded software, OEM warranty, and maintenance services, structured as a base year with two one‑year options (up to three years total). Olympus America, Inc. is the only authorized OEM for this proprietary equipment, and the VA will procure the lease through an existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract. Interested parties may submit evidence that competition would be advantageous, but the default intent is to award to Olympus.
