Description
The University of South Florida (USF) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide a full suite of laboratory, medical, and industrial gases along with related accessories and support services. This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) will cover the procurement, delivery, installation, maintenance, and safety testing of gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and other specialty gases required for research, clinical, and teaching facilities across USF’s Tampa, St. Petersburg, and USF Health campuses. Suppliers must register on the USF solicitation portal and submit a sealed bid by the deadline. An optional virtual pre‑proposal conference will be held to clarify requirements.
• Scope includes supply of gases, regulators, tubing, fittings, and associated service contracts (installation, calibration, safety checks).
