Description
The Gainesville City School System is seeking a qualified Design‑Build firm to renovate and expand the Centennial Arts Academy gym and replace its roof. The contract will be awarded on a cost‑plus‑fee basis with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The selected firm must handle all design, permitting, construction, subcontractor selection, and project management, coordinating closely with the school’s construction manager while minimizing disruption to school operations.
