The Northview Public Schools district is seeking qualified trade contractors to execute a comprehensive addition and renovation of the Northview High School athletic stadium in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The scope includes selective demolition, masonry, structural steel, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, synthetic track and turf installation, site work, landscaping, and numerous specialty trades. Bids are to be submitted via Procore by November 3 2026, with a pre‑bid walk‑through on October 6 2026. The project does not require prevailing‑wage compliance but does require bid security, performance and labor‑material bonds, and multiple statutory affidavits.
