Benton County seeks a qualified consultant to finalize its 2027 Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP), a strategic roadmap extending to 2040. The consultant will expand on a pre‑drafted baseline (Exhibit D) and focus on high‑level policy development, technical analysis, and financial modeling to achieve greenhouse‑gas reduction, equitable service, and long‑term disposal stability, especially considering the projected closure of the Coffin Butte Landfill.
