The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to execute a design‑bid‑build construction project for extensive EHRM infrastructure upgrades at the Perry Point VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and management to install new fiber‑optic networks, electrical and HVAC upgrades, perform demolition and hazardous‑material abatement, and upgrade data‑center and security systems across dozens of campus buildings. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, evaluated on a lowest‑price‑technically‑acceptable basis, with a performance period of roughly 689 days.
• Install new fiber throughout all buildings to each Telecommunications Room and provide redundant pathways.
• Add ~100 data drops, ~75 new electrical outlets, and upgrade power and HVAC distribution.
• Conduct demolition, site preparation, hazardous‑material abatement, and data‑center backbone upgrades across over 30 listed buildings.
