AE Gale Meadows Pond Dam Rehabilitation Design Addendum 1

The State of Vermont’s Department of Buildings and General Services is seeking a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm to design, permit, and administer construction for the rehabilitation of the Gale Meadows Pond earth‑embankment dam. The scope covers data‑gap analysis, conceptual through final design, preparation of all required permits, bid‑package assembly, construction‑phase observation, and close‑out documentation, including an Engineer‑of‑Record statement and post‑fill inspections.
