REVERSE OSMOSIS MAINTENANCE & TESTING IOWA CITY VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide reverse osmosis maintenance and testing services for the Iowa City VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, labor, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment to perform the maintenance and testing of the reverse osmosis water purification system. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four optional years. The contractor must be able to provide a custom-configured data collection tool and perform monthly testing of the water system. The contractor must also be able to provide a narrative describing their method and approach to performing the statement of work, as well as a list of qualified personnel who will be performing the work. • Must be a small business • Must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) • Must be able to provide documentation that the technicians performing calibration services are NASED-certified • Must be able to provide equipment that can calibrate to ANSI standards • Must be able to perform work Monday through Friday, with the exception of federal holidays • Must be able to provide a written service report after each maintenance visit
