Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking a commercial, out‑of‑the‑box Third‑Party Vendor Risk Management (TPRM) platform to centralize vendor‑risk data, automate due‑diligence workflows, and provide continuous monitoring of financial, operational, regulatory, geopolitical, and reputational risk. The solution must integrate with Oracle PeopleSoft, include built‑in data feeds for sanctions, PEPs, ESG and geopolitical indicators, and support role‑based access, SSO, audit trails, and real‑time dashboards for 30 users (5 administrators, 25 end‑users). The vendor must satisfy tribal employment (TERO) preferences, provide required insurance and bonding, and comply with extensive data‑privacy, security, and AI usage restrictions.
