The State of Ohio (ODPS) is seeking a manufacturer, authorized representative, or distributor to provide brand‑specific “Cloudrock Low Waterproof” uniform footwear for the Ohio Investigative Unit. The solicitation is brand‑specific; no alternate brands are acceptable, and bidders must supply a manufacturer’s authorization letter. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on total lot cost after multiplying unit prices by estimated usage. Delivery must occur within 21 calendar days of purchase order issuance, and the contractor must provide a 12‑month warranty with rapid replacement service.
