Temporary Therapy Staffing Services

The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to provide temporary therapy staffing services, including Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapy Assistants, to the Wyoming Life Resource Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services on an as-needed basis, with typical assignments lasting 13 weeks. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the contract. The evaluation criteria include proposer background and experience, staffing and project organization, proposer's project work plan, approach to contract performance, value added, and cost analysis. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and materials to perform the services. • The contractor must ensure that all staff members working on the project have the necessary qualifications and experience. • The contractor must provide a project manager to oversee the project and ensure that all requirements are met. • The contractor must submit a work plan that meets the needs of the RFP and indicates a thorough understanding of the scope of work. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal that includes all-inclusive base hourly rates, overtime rates, and holiday rates for each position.
