BC - D Building HVAC and Roofing Replacement - Bellevue

The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking an Architect for Design Services for the D Building HVAC and Roofing Replacement project at Bellevue College. The project involves replacing existing rooftop units with high-efficiency rooftop equipment, repairing and reusing existing ductwork, and installing a new roof system. The scope of work includes design, bidding support, and construction administration services. The successful firm will be expected to enter into DES' standard Engineering and Architectural Services Agreement, with a maximum fee limit of $500,000.
