The VA is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to perform a one‑time glycol‑loop flushing, cleaning, and refilling service for the Nebraska‑Western Iowa VA Health Care System at the Omaha VA Medical Center. The contractor must drain existing glycol, perform multiple de‑ionized‑water flush cycles, refill with 30 % propylene‑glycol inhibited fluid, and provide comprehensive documentation, waste manifests, and a one‑year workmanship warranty.
