The South Carolina State University is seeking a qualified firm to deliver comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for the Reserve Officers Training Corp. (ROTC) Center, covering Phase I and Phase II of the JBRC/SFAA approval process, and extending through construction and project close‑out. This scope includes all design deliverables, coordination with university stakeholders, and compliance with federal and state regulations. • Full architectural design for the ROTC Center, from concept through construction documents. • Engineering design services (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) for both Phase I and Phase II approvals. • Management of the design process through construction administration and final close‑out, ensuring JBRC/SFAA compliance. • Coordination with university project team and oversight of CM‑R delivery method. • Delivery of required design documentation in both printed (six copies) and electronic (one copy) formats.
