NOW Arena Concourse Remodel

The Village of Hoffman Estates is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to design and document a comprehensive remodel of the Northside concourse of the NOW Arena. The scope includes condition assessments, multiple conceptual designs, full design‑development, construction‑ready documents, bidding assistance, and construction administration, with special emphasis on expanding concessions, integrating advanced AV systems, improving sightlines, and creating a flexible premium breakout space. • Deliver conceptual and 3‑D design alternatives for concourse upgrades, including expanded concession footprints and new technology integration. • Produce complete construction documents (architectural, structural, MEP, fire protection) and cost estimates for a design‑build approach. • Provide bidding support, site‑visit coordination, and construction‑administration services through project close‑out.
