The contractor will be responsible for demolition of existing finishes, installation of new flooring, wall base, and office partitions, upgrade of electrical systems, installation of Category‑6A data cabling and associated labeling/testing, mechanical/HVAC modifications, construction of sound‑transmission‑class (STC‑rated) walls, provision and installation of motion sensors, and full furniture fit‑out with ANSI/BIFMA‑compliant items. Optional work includes replacement of composite cable in conduit, ceiling‑tile installation, and a power‑integrated conference table. The effort is a fixed‑price, 365‑day performance period with a 30‑day acceptance window and includes detailed deliverables such as design drawings, as‑built documents, testing reports, training, and O&M binders.
