Airport Food Market, Coffee and Vending

The City of Lee's Summit is seeking a full-service vendor to provide food market, coffee, and vending services at the Lee's Summit Municipal Airport. The selected vendor will be responsible for installing, managing, restocking, and collecting revenue from on-site food and beverage solutions. The vendor must provide a turnkey solution, including equipment, inventory management, and maintenance. The scope of work includes providing a diverse selection of premium and standard snacks, cold beverages, and fresh food selection. The vendor must also provide a "bean-to-cup" coffee machine, point-of-sale system, and vending machines. Key requirements include: • Providing a modern point-of-sale system capable of processing credit/debit cards and contactless payments • Ensuring all equipment is new and reliable • Offering a diverse selection of food and beverages • Providing a proposed weekly service schedule and maintenance schedule • Ensuring all restocking and maintenance is done in a timely manner • Providing training on coffee machine operation and routine cleaning The City is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality services, meet the needs of the airport, and offer competitive pricing. • The contract is expected to start in September 2026 • The vendor will be required to execute the City's Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney • The City reserves the right to award by individual line item, by group of line items, or as a total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City
