The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Southeast District is seeking capable firms to perform general construction for a major gravesite and columbarium expansion at Florence National Cemetery. Work includes installing new pre‑placed crypt (PPC) sections, expanding columbarium niche walls, constructing new roadways, grading, storm‑water management, utility extensions, irrigation tie‑ins, and associated landscaping. The contract will be awarded after a market‑research sources‑sought phase and will run for 456 calendar days from notice‑to‑proceed.
• Install ≈ 3,813 additional PPC interment spaces (sections BB‑FF).
• Add ≈ 1,000 new columbarium niches with matching design and finishes.
• Build new asphalt roads, grade the site, extend utilities, and complete storm‑water and irrigation improvements.
