The North Carolina Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is seeking a single‑prime contractor to perform Phase 2 repairs on the Western North Carolina Veterans Cemetery Chapel. Scope includes reroofing with a pre‑finished standing‑seam metal roof, replacement of gutters and downspouts, inspection and repair of wood fascias, exterior window and door trim, sealants, wood sills, and application of interior vinyl window film.
