RFP Advertising Services Concession for Airport

The City of Laredo is seeking a vendor to provide advertising services for the Laredo International Airport. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing and maintaining advertising displays throughout the airport, as well as providing advertising sales and marketing services. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an option to extend for an additional five years. The vendor will be evaluated based on their experience, business strategy, pricing structure, and references. • The vendor must have experience in providing advertising services for airports or similar entities. • The vendor must provide a detailed business strategy and advertising plan. • The vendor must provide a pricing structure and proposed revenue-sharing model. • The vendor must provide samples of their work and references from previous clients.
