A&E - Tomlinson Run Dam Improvements

The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of repairs and improvements to the dam at Tomlinson Run State Park. The services will include design, permitting, contract administration, and construction oversight. The goal of the project is to bring the dam into compliance with Dam Safety regulations and obtain a Certificate of Approval. • The project includes the production of all design plans and specifications. • The vendor will provide construction contract administrative services. • The vendor will ensure that the project is constructed and functions as designed. • The vendor must have experience in completing similar projects and must provide references and information about their staff qualifications and experience. • The vendor must be prepared to discuss and clarify required items submitted with the expression of interest at oral presentations or interviews.
