Budget estimate

$30,000 – $50,000

Based on typical market prices for commercial‑grade seating, the 16 executive chairs could average $300 each, the 150 stackable audience chairs about $150 each, the 50 nesting chairs roughly $120 each, and each transport cart around $500. Adding freight, delivery and any assembly brings the total to roughly $35,000‑$45,000. Rounding for contingencies and possible premium finishes, a realistic estimate is $30,000 to $50,000. Factors influencing the final amount include chosen upholstery colors, brand/model selection, and the number of carts required.
