Description
The Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) is seeking qualified agencies or businesses to provide a Mobile Health Assistance Van (MHAV) that will serve rural communities across the Tri‑County region (Pend Oreille, Stevens, and Northern Ferry) and Whitman County as part of the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program. The award will fund the acquisition, staffing, and operation of a mobile health unit that delivers preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education to underserved populations. Proposers must demonstrate capability to operate a health‑service vehicle, coordinate with local health agencies, and comply with CMS program requirements.
• Provide a fully‑equipped mobile health van to deliver primary care, preventive services, and health education in rural Washington.
• Manage staffing, logistics, and ongoing operations of the van for the contract period.
• Ensure compliance with CMS‑funded Rural Health Transformation program guidelines and reporting requirements.
