The Macon-Bibb County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified licensed consultant to provide consulting and support services for the county's current and future employee benefits. The consultant will be responsible for providing a complete description of services to be provided, including both services outlined in the solicitation and additional recommended services. The contract term will be a one-year contract, with the option to renew two additional one-year periods. The county is looking for a consultant with experience in advising comparable companies and working well with various levels of staff and management. • The consultant must have at least five years of benefit administration and client management experience. • The consultant must be licensed to do business in the State of Georgia. • The consultant must have a minimum of five years' experience maintaining a high level of quality communication with clients, client employees/retirees, and vendors. • The consultant must provide a detailed plan for accomplishing the work, including a project schedule outlining each identified deliverable.
