The State of Colorado, through DNR and CPW, seeks qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive, system‑level strategy for the long‑term stewardship, growth, and sustainability of Colorado’s 43 state parks. Proposals are evaluated on qualifications, approach, schedule, and price; the contract will run from early January 2027 to June 30, 2028.
