Engineering Services – Demolition Plans and Specifications for Boomer Lake Station Power Plant

The Stillwater Utilities Authority (SUA) is requesting qualifications from engineering firms to provide professional services for the preparation of complete plans, specifications, and related bid documents for the demolition of Boomer Lake Station Power Plant. The scope of services includes site review and data collection, regulatory compliance, hazardous materials coordination, plans and specifications, cost estimate, bid support, and optional construction oversight and compliance monitoring. The project requires compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and the selected consultant will enter into a written agreement with the SUA.
