The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is seeking a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to enhance maintenance efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet current and future compliance requirements. The CMMS should be able to centralize maintenance operations, enable real-time tracking of assets and work orders, and integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure. The system should support at least 50,000+ annual work orders, 1,000+ daily updates, 10,000+ assets, 10,000+ hierarchical locations, and 2,000+ inventory items. The CMMS should also provide mobile, in-field work execution for technicians and Ambassadors, including offline capability, GPS/QR code scanning, photo capture, and real-time recording of labor, materials, and response times.
Some key features and requirements of the CMMS include:
• Capacity, Scale, and Performance: supports minimum 50,000+ work orders annually and 1,000+ daily work order actions with no processing caps
• Work Order Management: supports corrective, preventive, predictive, emergency, event-based, and capital project work orders without volume limitations
• Asset Management: tracks full asset lifecycle, including installed date, commissioning status, expected service life, and decommissioning
• Location and Event Management: supports minimum 10,000 locations with unlimited hierarchical depth and complex, reconfigurable event spaces
• Inventory and Material Control: manages 2,000+ consumable and repair parts with item master, units of measure, and locations
• Labor, Time, and Cost Tracking: tracks technician-level labor with start/stop timers at work order level, including trade and labor type
• Event and Show Operations: supports event-based work planning and execution tied to show schedules and venues
• Compliance, Safety, and Regulatory Reporting: supports tracking and reporting for NFPA, OSHA, ADA, EPA, and insurance-driven requirements
• Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics: provides enterprise dashboards showing work order status by type, priority, building, trade, department, and supervisor
