IT Services for Ongoing Maintenance and Support of Endpoint Devices

The Hawaii State Department of Health’s Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Division seeks an IT service provider to deliver on‑call/weekly troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration of up to 100 existing endpoint devices and installation of up to 30 new devices across multiple Oahu locations. Services include on‑site repairs, remote support, virus/firewall/spyware protection, network installation and repair, emergency data recovery, IT consultation, and assistance with office relocations. The contractor must be licensed in Hawaii, have at least five years of relevant experience, and comply with state procurement and security standards. The contract runs from 9/18/2026 to 9/17/2027, with monthly invoicing. • Support up to 100 desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone, printer, and other network‑connected devices • Install/configure up to 30 new devices to meet DOH secure‑network standards • Provide on‑site repairs, remote troubleshooting, virus removal, firewall configuration, and data recovery • Travel to seven designated health facilities on Oahu as needed • Deliver documentation, network maps, and compliance reports • Must hold Hawaii vendor compliance (HCE) certification
