Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for the design‑build construction of a new retaining wall on Sycamore Street (Project ID 122597). The scope includes demolition of existing structures, excavation, installation of a prefabricated modular retaining wall system, concrete work, sealing, traffic maintenance, and final site restoration. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsive bidder, who must be pre‑qualified by ODOT and meet a 5% Small Business Enterprise goal. Work must begin within five days of notice and be completed within 60 days.
