Ceiling Lift Systems Installation and Removal of Existing Systems

The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price vendor to supply, install, and commission 25 ceiling patient‑lift systems (including 3 m × 3 m, 4 m × 4 m, and 4 m × 3 m configurations) at the Bedford VA Medical Center, and to remove the existing lifts. The scope covers delivery of the lifts, rail/track systems, hanger bars, control units, power modules, and related accessories; full installation (non‑union labor, hardware, light cleaning); load‑testing, certification, and on‑site training for staff. The contractor must provide engineering drawings sealed by a PE, comply with VA seismic design directives, manage waste, and coordinate with VA security and HTM.
