The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (WVOSA), Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for temporary security guard services at the Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital. The contract will provide pricing for two job classifications: Guard II and Guard Site Supervisor. The vendor will be responsible for providing temporary employees on an as-needed basis. The contract will include requirements for payment, overtime, holiday pay, time cards, lunch breaks, conduct, and management of temporary employees. The vendor must also comply with federal funds addendum, HIPAA business associate addendum, and other regulations. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost as shown on the pricing pages. • The vendor must complete the pricing page with their bid, including an all-inclusive hourly rate for each classification. • The vendor will be responsible for controlling access cards and keys, and paying replacement fees if they become lost or stolen. • The vendor must inform all staff of Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital's security protocol and procedures.
